She has spent more than 10 years of her career working in the legal industry developing a sound knowledge of the law and therefore she brings a diverse skill set and knowledge drawn from experience both in and out of the legal sector. She joined Hunts Attorneys in 2014 as a Candidate Attorney. In 2016 she was admitted as non- practicing attorney of the High Court wherein she later joined a short-term Insurer as a Legal Manager. She successfully wrote and passed the Notary Public exams in 2020 and the Conveyancing exam in 2021. She was admitted as a Notary Public and Conveyancer in February 2022 and completed the Practice Management Course in the same year. She has been consulting for EMG Attorneys in the last year and has recently (January 2023) launched Ayesha Moodley Attorneys
Paralegal Diploma from Intec College in 2002, Bachelor of Laws Degree, from the University of South Africa in 2014.
She also has vast experience in insurance law as well as debt collection and she is now excited about being able to register various notarial deeds, including ante-nuptial contracts for clients, together with conveyancing property transactions. bridging gaps for our own.
